Woodlake Construction Management is soliciting subcontractor bids for the above referenced project.
This project consists of a new +- 6200 sq. ft. single story masonry building including site work, paving, landscaping, poured caissons, concrete foundations and flatwork, masonry, structural steel, steel joists and decking, steel stud framing, drywall, EIFS, membrane roofing, aluminum store front and glazing, doors and hardware, painting, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
Projected start date is July 1, 2009 with completion October 1, 2009.
