The Helical Pier DefinedHelical Pier World has engaged its' technical review panel to define the term “Helical Pier.”
As you can probably guess, this was no simple task. Discussions and edits continued for over a month. Most members of the panel were surprised at the speed with which a consensus was reached.
Well, without further ado,
Helical Pier - A foundation element consisting of a central shaft with at least one helix plate located on the shaft with its axis positioned parallel to the shaft’s length
